Billing information

You can check your payment information and credit balance on the billing page.

Take a quick tour to learn the Billing & plan section using the demo below.

Change plan

In VESSL, there are two plans—Core and Enterprise.

Core is ideal for individuals or smaller teams who want to utilize VESSL’s core functionalities with flexible, pay-as-you-go GPU access. All new sign-ups are automatically enrolled in the Core plan, and anyone who has not switched to the Enterprise plan remains on Core by default. This plan includes:

  • Full access to VESSL Run, Service, and Pipeline features
  • Pay-as-you-go GPU usage for on-demand scalability
  • NVIDIA A100 80G instances starting at just $1.80/hour

Enterprise is designed for organizations seeking advanced security, dedicated support, and more predictable resource allocation. This plan includes:

  • Enterprise-grade security features and guaranteed SLAs
  • Custom pricing options for reserved GPU instances and storage
  • Dedicated support with onboarding assistance and tailored MLOps services

To change your current plan:

  1. Go to the Billing & plan section under Organization settings.
  2. Review the plan details and find the one that meets your needs.
  3. Click the Change plan button to proceed.
  4. For the Enterprise plan or further customization (for example, reserved GPU instances), click Talk to sales to discuss your requirements and finalize the terms.

Once you complete the change process, your billing and features will be updated accordingly.

Payment method

The Payment method section allows you to manage how you pay for your associated credits. To add or update a payment method, click Add payment method. You will be redirected to an external Stripe checkout page to securely set up or modify your payment details.

Credit balance

The Credit balance section displays the current amount of credits available to your organization. If your balance falls below $10.00, and the auto top-up feature is enabled, credits will be automatically added to maintain a continuous workflow.

  • Auto top-up:
Toggle the auto top-up switch to automatically replenish your credits whenever they drop below the specified threshold.

Remember that you must have a valid payment method on file before you can use this feature. To change the auto top-up amount, click Change amount and enter a new value.

  • Manual top-up:
If you prefer manual control, you can purchase additional credits on demand by entering the desired amount and clicking Add.

  • Redeem code:
If you have a redeem code, click Redeem here. You will be redirected to a dedicated VESSL AI page where you can enter and apply your code to receive additional credits. You can get redeem codes from events, hackathons, and meet-ups that we host or participate in, as well as through our social channels.

Credit activities

The Credit activities section provides a detailed log of all your credit-related transactions. Here you can review when credits were added—either automatically, manually, or via redeem code—and track their usage over time. If no transactions have occurred yet, you will see a “No credit history found” message.

How is usage calculated?

VESSL charges based on compute, storage, and network usage. Check the our pricing table for each resource type.
